Hello, OVERjoy! I'm Mel, the other mod in this happiness operation, and unlike Ran I'll be bringing in a character as well! This here is Lithuania from Axis Powers Hetalia, a fandom you may have heard of as it was once quite the popular one. Lithuania is dutiful and kind and generally a good person, which is going to probably work out badly for him here. He's here because of a player-based tragedy: there's an awful virus infecting his country and he's in serious danger of being entirely wiped out by it, so he's gotten a bit desperate. Lithuania is living in room 103.
